Description Inverness Airport (IATA: INV, ICAO: EGPE) is an international airport situated just off the main A96 trunk road, at Dalcross, which is 9 miles northeast of the city of Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland.  Inverness Airport is a the main gateway for travellers to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and is ideally located for travel to and from Moray in the north of Scotland.   The airport is less than 20 miles by road from the western edge of Moray. Inverness Airport is the largest of 10 regional airports serving the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, and is owned and operated by Highlands and Islands Airports Limited (HIAL). Inverness Airport offers a wide range of scheduled services throughout the UK and Ireland, and limited charter and freight flights into Europe with over 558,000 passengers travelling through the terminal every year.
